Meetings are one-to-one and conducted in a client-centred, solution-focused way.
Pathways offers confidential one-to-one counselling from our qualified counsellors.
Counselling may help with difficulties such as stress, anxiety, addiction, low self-esteem, anger management and many other difficulties which hinder well-being. Counselling sessions aim to enhance personal experience and to help increase confidence and coping skills.
Lifestyle changes can bring about both positive and negative emotions. Pathways Centre facilitates a "Coping with Change" discussion group.The aim is to allow particpants to share their experiences of dealing with lifestyle changes.
Sessions take place in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. Participants are obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement.
